Coaching for Stress & Anxiety
Anxiety is a completely normal reaction to stress. It helps teens deal with tense and overwhelming situations. What they need, is to understand the cause of it.
Coaching will help them identify their triggers as well as understanding their body and mind’s response to anxiety. This will reduce the impact stress has on them.
They will better understand their emotions and will be more able to face stressful situations. It will also get them rid of mood swing and depression.
- 3-month package (renewable)
- 12 weekly Zoom sessions (55 minutes per session)
- Personalised coaching program especially tailored for your teen’s need
- Access to private WhatsApp group for continued support between sessions
- Shared Google Drive folder to keep track of the work and progress done
- Unlimited email parental support in between sessions
